Estimating
wind Speeds
For those of you who don't have a wind meter and are
trying to guess
the windspeed, this guide may be of some help.
Other more credible suggestions.
| Do your homework by keeping a log on a calendar that you have, or piece
of paper ...what winds you are getting each day and for approximately how
long that wind is blowing that hard.
Try going on this link http://weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/ and look to see what environment Canada has to say each day about what winds you are recieving in your area. Merely find your location on their map and all weather information for your area is available daily and a 5 day forcast is available too. This is what most "news" use for their information |
